Can I reschedule or cancel a service?
Yes. While we prefer to keep the original schedule, we understand that plans can change. If something comes up, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please call as soon as possible to make changes.
Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?
We typically operate within standard business hours. However, depending on the project, we may be able to arrange a customized appointment time. Please call to discuss your specific needs.
How far in advance should I book?
Preferably 2 weeks in advance, but we might be able to accommodate sooner. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you offer discounts for recurring services or referrals?
Yes, we usually do. If you book us regularly or refer someone, we are happy to offer a discount. Just call and ask.
How do you determine pricing for services?
Pricing is based on the size and condition of your property. An initial phone call is very important to understand your needs. For most services, we use online tools to view your property and may request photos or videos to help us provide an accurate quote.
- For window cleaning, we do not visit in person. Online viewing is sufficient.
- For interlock restoration and pressure washing, photos and videos are preferred. If the property is not visible online, we may schedule an in-person visit.

Are your materials safe for pets and plants and do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes. We use eco-friendly products that are safe for both pets and plants.
What kind of sealants or cleaners do you use?
We use both wet look and natural sealers. The choice depends on your preferences and budget. We will go over the options with you during the call.
How long do typical services take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property. We will provide an accurate timeline after we assess the area and scope of the work.
How do I prepare my property for interlock sealing or pressure washing?
Please remove as many items as possible from the work area, such as furniture, decorations, and vehicles. If you need assistance, our team will be happy to help.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the work areas and an outdoor water source, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients appreciate the convenience of hassle-free, unattended service. We will confirm any access details with you in advance.

Do you guarantee your work?
For asphalt sealing and interlock restoration, if it is within our control, yes. Some things like weather or surface conditions are not. Either way, we are always here to work with you and make it right.
Weather & Seasonal Concerns
When is the best time to do interlock sealing or asphalt sealing?
Interlock sealing: We avoid doing it during extreme heat. If the temperature is over 32°C, especially during a heat wave, we prefer to reschedule.
Asphalt sealing: Warm, dry weather is ideal. Spring through early fall usually works best. Rain or very cold temperatures can delay the job.
What happens if it rains on the scheduled service day?
If it rains, we simply reschedule. We will contact you to find the next available day that works.
